It was a perfect country retreat.

It is far enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere but close enough to easily access all the Rotorua activities. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, decorated with Louise's own paintings. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including freshly cooked salmon with eggs. Guests can also stroll around the large garden and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The karaoke and casino facilities were not available on-site.

We had a perfect stay at a huge, comfy place with a homey feel. The fireplace and lake views were amazing. Mark and Louise were friendly, welcoming, and gave us space. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room just right. We loved it and will be back!

The value we got for our money was exceptional - clean, well-appointed rooms with all the necessary amenities. The location was stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Christine, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering bacon as an alternative to salmon. Everything else was perfect!
